Need an occupation diving medical?
Dr David Payne is a Designated Diving Doctor, and is able to both examine for and issue certificates for all classes of diving licenses.

How long does a diving medical take?
The consultation with David takes 30 minutes. If you need any other tests then I’ll need some additional time, but I’ll let you know how long we need when you book.
What do I need to bring?
In order to complete the diving medical you need to bring three things:
- An unsigned copy of the WorkSafe’s New Zealand Occupational Diving Medical Examination Form (pdf)
- Any medications you are currently taking
- Your passport or driver’s license.
- The cost for a Diving Medical is $850 (included spirometry)
